[SOLVED] Constantly being logged out

I have been using Ubidots for a while know, but I have a problem with how long my browser session lasts. The site seems to forget me really often, which is quiet annoying (especially as I have to login to my password manager first).
Is this a known bug at Ubidots? The worst example was this morning, where I was logged out within 5 minutes, twice in a row. This primarily happens on my mobile phone.

Or otherwise, is there a way to couple my account to my github account (that didn’t exist when I signed up I think)?

On mobile I’m using Microsoft Edge, on desktop (where I don’t have to login too often) it’s Chrome.

Unfortunately it seems to make the problem worse.
